Tuesday Night Mens

The presidents league is a choose your own Men's competitive league with draws on Tuesday nights.

There will be 2 rounds and then playoffs.

Points are awarded as follows by division:

A--> W=7, T=5, L=3

B--> W=6, T=4, L=2

President's League Trophy is awarded to the team with the most combined points from Rounds 1, 2 and the Playoff Round (ties will be broken in a sudden death playoff format)

A Flight and B Flight Champions will be awarded to the Playoff Champions of each division based on results from Playoff round only (ties will be broken in sudden death playoff format)

Notes

1 Game times must start at no later than 6:30pm and 8:45pm

2 NO Ties will be broken after 8 ends! (except in playoffs - all ties must be broken - full end toward home end)

3 all games must be played in less than 2 hours and 5 minutes

After Round 1, Round 2 of the Scheduled League Games

the Bottom two teams in A Division will move down to B division

the Top two teams in Division B will move up to A Division

After Round 3 - leading into Playoffs

The top 7 point accumulated teams overall will move into A, the next 7 will be in B

Playoffs will be the result of the playoff round robin only. Overall top point accumulated team for the entire season will be awarded the President's trophy.

Ties will be based on head to results - except in playoffs

if tied still

The tie breaker will go to the higher seeded team at the beginning of round 1

For the Playoffs

1st - playoff game to break ties if we have available ice - convenors will schedule the game(s)

2nd - if games can't be played or ties for positioning in sudden death (due to more than two teams tied) Ties will be based on head to head team results for season

3rd - Ties will go to the higher team seeded at the end of round 3
